NST
(NHT or CHT)		 National Standard Thread - Common designation for US Fire Hose fittings. This thread pattern is also known as National Hose Thread (NHT) or Chemical Hose Thread (CHT)
NPSH National Pipe Straight Hose
Pipe thread pitch but uses a gasket instead of tapered threads to achieve seal.  Sometimes abbreviated as IPS.
NPT National Pipe Thread, which is also known as Tapered Iron Pipe Thread (TIPT)
